August 9th, 2025 wouldn't have been quite as funny of a day as it was. Still pretty crazy, but Vivziepop coming in with the steel chair as the fandom tore itself apart was hilarious.

Glitch's take on HS would've been interesting to see, though!

Honestly it would be interesting, though what Id be more interested in would be who was heading the project. It would also be 3d, of which I shudder to think about, given the only 3d homestuck models we see were from a OOOOOLD demo of hiveswap act 1 and they looked low quality

Glitch has experienced animators, TADC looks very good. The thing to keep in mind is that 3D animation has more steps, you have 3D modelling, rigging, posing, lighting. Some of the animators have their own channels so you can see how they have their own specialties. The question is what you get out of this additional effort: For the battlefield, prospit, and derse, you could get a lot out of 3D shots. But 2D also gives a lot of freedom, in 2D you don't have to go through the process of modelling and rigging a new model whenever you want to shift the artstyle, which could become very important if they want to shift into a more "hero mode" style, which I'm guessing will happen more often than the comic. In 3D I doubt they would even think about doing the trick with Dave popping out of the phone.

John would have the same relationship with them as he does to jeesters in general I think. Except this time it isnt a thing about gamzee making john have nightmares or anything he just reacts like that to them
