funnily enough, im literally from hong kong, where there's a lot of Chinese food, and it makes me wanna answer this on purpose.

btw my fav is century egg pork congee - a literal og cantonese food for an all-rounder meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner). god i love the egg that is drenched in congee. cheap and precooked.

also rice noodle rolls, i just like it plain but i can sauce up with sweet sauce, peanut sauce, and optionally spicy sauce.

Oh my gog, century egg with rice congee is sooooo good You're so right. I haven't had it in quite a while, but I used to have congee like everyday for breakfast growing up with my grandma. This makes me want to eat that again- I might have to hit an Asian grocery store and make that soon.
