Personally, I feel like I'm committing a sin if I pick favorites. >v<
Seeing them exclusively as characters, then I probably enjoy Dirk the most. Then Rose. In that order. But I love all sorts of characters!
As a sidenote, even the characters I like less I've still made a lot of content about. People have gotten me to write more Cronus romance fics than I'm willing to admit. It's kind of fun to write, too. ^v^

Depending on when you ask me-because it cycles between the two often-it'd be either Dirk or Gamzee. Dirk is an infinitely interesting character to talk/write about, and I really liked his arc of trying to avoid becoming the villain he felt he was fated to become.
Gamzee is my favorite if we're talking strictly on character. I felt like a lot of his potential was squandered in ACT 6 in the sense that before the gigapause it seemed like more nuance was being set up for why he did what he did. He didn't need a redemption arc or anything, but I would've preferred him not being reduced to having "always been a bad guy."
Those are my thoughts off the good ol' dome.

Caliborn is by far the funniest, Dave has one of the best written arcs, but my personal favorite is probably Vriska, at least at the current moment.

My favorite has to be Karkat, he talks so aggressively but you can also tell how much he cares about people. Secondary are Kanaya and Dave. I have too many favorites tbh, I keep wanting to add more to this list haha

Aradia has to be my all time favourite. She has the best scenes and best music and I just think she's great, though Jade and Jane are close seconds to that.

Easily WV!! Don't get me wrong I love all of them so very dearly, but WV's story has grown So important to me over the years. I think about him basically every day. Homestuck's first revolutionary in a line of like four different revolutions. He means the world to me my silly little guy who engages in play therapy and wants to build a better future and manages to hold onto his hope and whimsy even in the face of So Many Horrors.
Aside from WV, PM is obviously up there (if you're a fan of one, I've found, you're a fan of both), and other than them it's Sollux/Davepeta/Nepeta/Roxy/Karkat/Rose in alternating order depending on the day :3
