So there's this character, right, who is a spirit made out of two other spirits, one of whom is a cat-themed alien and the other is an alternative timeline version of one of the main characters fused with a dead crow that has been impaled on a katana.

During the grand finale, there is a kind of three-cornered fight between three characters who are all partly the same dog. Two of them also have katanas sticking through them. It doesn't seem to hurt.

There is a criminal gang of pool-ball-themed leprechauns.
