why did you pick your classpect

just for starters, I'm a muse of blood,

classpects in general can be complicated and I like when people get others input of their classpect because of the bias that can come from just looking at yourself from your perspective and the type of person you think you are. I personally talked to my moirail (yes I unironically have a moirail) and my other friends who yes aren't fans but I have explained things to and they were happy to help my autistic ass. for a long time I had placed myself in the role of muse of heart, which I do think fits me in a way but blood definitely fits me better. just for a little rundown..

blood: as an aspect can be linked to the bonds and relationships you have including friendship, unity, along with attachment and obligations the holder has to others, as the Extended Zodiac says "Blood-bound are absolutely leaders, but they inhabit more of an inspirational role than a commanding one. They are prophets, rather than generals, giving others the strength and motivation to keep fighting. The Blood-bound can dispense excellent advice even when their own lives and interpersonal relationships are disasters." and "No matter how bad things go, a Blood-bound can always count on friends and allies" and this is very fitting to the cannon blood players and myself I think.

muse: not much is known about muses because of the lack of them in cannon and the fact its a master class but from what me know or from speculation, muse is the most passive / group oriented class, on top of this muses will completely embody their aspect well being an inspiration to others through their aspect. (I may have gotten this a little wrong im writing this in the middle of class)

im a prince of time, i chose the time aspect because i related to the description of it, and a prince because i also relate to the description of that too lol

although i do sometimes draw myself as a mage of space or witch of light because my personality changes alot so i like drawing myself as different aspects n such

read ouroboros's classpect treatise thing and figured that seer of space was good enough of a fit for me. i'm a creative, i always look at things through a creative lens, sure, seer of space, why not.

I realized I was a Prince of Light after participating in an argument about Narrative and History in the HS Official Discord. It's the suspicion and destruction of Narrative (Light) that I feel fits my attitudes.

First I considered myself a light player because of the official test, considered myself a seer of light because I related to Rose.

However I ended up considering myself a knight of breath.

I find it easier to find someone classpect's by relating them to their struggles.

Knights use their aspect as a facade, a defensive mechanism. I distance myself to avoid harm, and thus I consider myself a knight of breath.

I'm a Thief of Heart, though lately I've also been leaning towards an Heir of Hope. Ive never actually gotten heart on the aspect quiz but I just relate to it so much it's the only thing that feels right. I mainly chose thief because stealing souls sounds cool tbh. I recently took the aspect quiz again and got hope which ill be honest I can definitely see, and then I got Heir assigned to me by someone in a homestuck discord server and Heir of Hope sounds pretty rad too. I still feel closer to Thief of Heart though. (the amount I relate to the striders should be studied)

i barely make myself known online, save for a select few instances, and barely anyone that's not literally living with me know what my life is like.

i don't think i need to explain myself further.

i did the extended zodiac quiz and got the light aspect, which made sense (i am VERY curious and my whole life have had an interest in learning and information and such; and as a little kid i had a weird relationship with the idea of "luck") and i picked the prince class due to both a personal connection with the title (childhood nickname) and its status as a destructor class (i am a very self-destructive person). ergo, prince of light.

I got sylph of rage from some indepth classpect test when i was a teenager and as someone with emotional regulation issues the ideal of positive, healing anger really appealed to me so it stuck

I chose Maid of Hope, because I've been told I'm such a bright and optimistic person that it just passively makes others feel better and think more positively. So that would be like providing hope to other players. I think it really fits!

[Gestures futilely at my avatar] I didn't pick my classpect, the universe picked a fictional character to permanently overwrite my identity with, and by classpecting her I obtained my own classpect. (Heir of Heart, Prospit-bound)

unofficial tests never jived with me, and neither did my friend's classpect of me(thief of space, either that or rogue. thou recently they've said they can see me being light bound just like all those tests I mentioned)

Instead, I turned to the extended zodiac quiz(i know lot's of you have problems with it) and got assigned Rage. Now due to how I am and was, my childhood was quite rage filled litterally and metaphorically. So the aspect really clicked with me.

For my class I chose Mage, to know of or through my aspect, for similar although inverted reasons to why I clicked with Rage in the first place. I grew from it, learned from it and with it. Surpassing most challenges with my knowledge granted to me by Rage or with Rage itself.

Though this is now up for debate because of the Beforan ancestors being shared by Hussie, so I might be a Sylph of Rage instead lol.
