OC typing quirks

My favorite HS OC isn't a troll, but I really want to mention him.

Example on how he types: "teh quikc brwon fxo jupms ovre hte lzay dgo"

He's a robot who was built my self-insert, but my S/I got lazy with the voice programming, also leading to him typing sloppy.

kinda my oc but mostly my moirails but I really like his, he has a special font or something and replaces some letters with music symbols that LOOK like the letter, I can't get to a lot of the copy and pastes rn because the sites are BLOCKED ON MY MAC

TYPICALLY I WOuLDNT GO FOR ANYTHING TOO COMPLEX SINCE ITS EASIER FOR ME ASWELL AS IN THE ORGINAL COMIC, EVERYONE HAD PRETTY SIMPLE QuIRKS. LIKE THE ONE IM uSING RIGHT NOW, CALIBORNS! THINK SMARTER NOT HARDER.

i HAVE a QUIRK that ISN'T attached TO any TROLLSONA in PARTICULAR. it's LIKE gamzee's BUT less ANNOYING

my one ocs just like. she shortens words and misspells words and doubles r's when frrustrrated (growling). its closer to like a marvus quirk than a terezi quirk yknow? my other guy capitalizes GCAT letters beclaws shes like a scientist,. quirks are hard!!! i think you dont gotta overthink it some hs characters hardly have quirks like karkat or bronya. i think its nice when the quirk complements the characters voice like solluxs leetspeak reading as a lisp or eridans accent. happy oc making!

back in 2023 i had a fantroll who had a typing quirk based on tumblr tags.

For my two favourite troll ocs I have

Cortin Schwar: no caps or punctuation, duplicates all her s's. She started life as a Spades Slick fantroll when I was 16, so she has slick's exile typing style combined with the double letters. outside of that, i think it's a good quirk for communicating sort of a mutter-y ranty jerk.

Polari Petrix: perfect caps and punctiation. surrounds o, n and m with \ /. groups of these letters are surrounded as a group (b\oo/k, c\om/pete\n/t, \on/ly, etc) for ease of reading and writing. her symbol is the Denis Moskowitz symbol for Corona Borealis So I wanted her quirk to look like it. (She started life as a snowman fantroll and he first quirk replaced o's with 8, but the overlaps with vriska made it read strangely)

i think out of all the fantrolls ive made only like a couple have consistent typing quirks which is hilarious to think about cause ive had them for years and still cant think up of one

padvio's quirk is SUPPOSED to be him talking in like a computer code language but idk how to actually code so i just never write for him ever lol
