Unfortunately, 'Nepenis' does not fit the standard of 6-letter troll names. May I suggest shortening it down to 'Nepeni', or 'Necock'? No, thinking about it now, 'Necock' doesn't sount as nice as 'Nepenis' or 'Nepini'. I shall leave the choice up to the best boy Nepeta Leijon.
