I personally believe that Dave and Dirk both have OCD. I think Dirk also struggles with Dermatillomania, better known as skin picking. That man has so much acne and scars.
I also believe that Karkat, John, and Spades Slick have Autism.
A lot of characters seem to have Depression (Davesprite, Rose, Jade, John, Sollux, Karkat, Kanaya, Terezi) and PTSD (Davesprite, Vriska for certain, WV, AR, Spades Slick). There are plenty more. Share with me the more.

dave: audhd, bpd, anxiety, moderate (penetrating) tbi
rose: autism, bipolar, ppd, there's definitely more but i don't have specific names LOL
jade: audhd, ocd, severe social anxiety, bpd
jane: autism, ocd that isnt really bad until later into the comic
roxy: audhd, social + seperation anxiety
jake: audhd, social anxiety, mild (blunt) tbi, gad
dirk: autism, ppd, bpd, osdd 1b, depression. there is A Lot Wrong With Him.
i dont have a trolls list because im gonna be totally for real the only trolls i give a shart about are kan & tz <3 otherwise thats it! i think a lot of their disorders are more or less under control pre sburb because theyre in comparatively less stressful situations but during/post-sburb thats when allat really fuckin hits. i think its very interesting 2 speculate how xactly that sort of thing wld work....

May be a slight bit of projection on my part but Tavros is autistic for sure (this is homestuck most of the cast are) but aside from that I've also read some ADHD from him and although I don't have the specifics, he absolutely has some sort of anxiety disorder. I have a diagnosis of GAD but I'm not certain if it's that or something more specific.

i think of john and dadbert as both being autistic. not revolutionary or anything of course. but i picture john as particularly having like, the not-fun type of autism, i.e not able to hold down a job or do well in school, bad at regulating his emotions, big meltdowns, probably would need some kind of support forever under normal circumstances. oh, and i envision him as having a pretty strong autism accent, like some serious cartoonish affect going on. the type of guy who hits all his "T"s really hard when he talks, yknow.
dadbert is similar in some ways, different in others. he absolutely did not think he would ever be a father, and it is difficult for him with his and john's disabilities but he loves john more than anything and finds raising him to be very rewarding. i like to think that in his childhood he had some pretty significant speech delays, and he has a hard time with putting his thoughts into words, so talking isn't necessarily his strong suit. when he does talk, it is slow and deliberate, like he's thinking hard about each word he says.
my less detailed headcanons are that dirk has DID and caliborn has PDA-profile autism as well as developmental coordination disorder.

You can rip the audhd striders out of my cold dead hands. Which isnt alot and theres def alot more wrong with dirk (love whatevers wrong with him)but if theres one thing these two got in my mind its audhd. From the masking to the way they talk thats just how I was when I was younger! So I HAVE to give them a piece of myself, as a form of love.

I FEEL LIKE IT DOESNT MATTER IF ALL THE CHARACTERS ACTuALLY *WERE* AuTISTIC. I THINK JuST NATuRALLY WITH THE WAY THEY GREW uP INSTILLED ALOT OF AuTISTIC/NEuRODIVERGENT TRAITS WITHIN EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER. SO MAYBE THEY ARE NEuRODIVERGENT, MAYBE THEY ARE NOT. BuT EITHER WAY ALL OF THEM ALIGN WITH NEuRODIVERGENCE IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.
DIRK HAS BIPOLAR TO ME, SAME WITH CALIBORN AND SOLLuX. GAMZEE AND ROXY PROBABLY HAVE SOME FORM OF BRAIN DAMAGE DuE TO SuBSTANCE ABuSE AT SuCH A YOuNG AGE. JAKE DISSOCIATES ALOT. MEuLIN HAS ADHD. THERES PROBABLY MORE BuT I CANT THINK OF IT OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD.

as someone with really bad adhd that went undiagnosed for my entire childhood i look at this thing and, from experience, i can just Tell

john 100% has autism
dave is audhd and ptsd in my eyes, i think he definitely leans more into the adhd part but ive alwways hced him as having some sensory issues
rose definitely is at least a little bit autistic , not too sure for her.
jade definitely has adhd and autism but i could see her having bpd or bipolar (probably more bpdd tbh)
jane gets intrusive thoughts, she definitely has ocd but doesnt realise it.
jake almost definitely is autistic
dirk has bpd, autism, ocd and probably dpdr as well tbh
karkat is 100% autistic as are most of the characters im realising as i type this, i think he also
aradia having dpdr is something i see quite strongly as well
vriska probably has bpd but ive seen hcs of her having npd which i can see as well. 100% ptsd too
i fuck with plural jade but i also fuck with adhd jade. with the plural headcanon i kind of just got convinced of it by ppl better at that typa stuff but adhd jade was hand crafted baby!! i mainly thought of adhd cuz of the reminders tbh cuz i too am forgetful lol. and also cuz of projection. i love juade :)
