That moment in act 6 when Aradia talked about (iirc) sollux's dead body to everyone and said:

"we can incinerate the remains in the sun it will be just glorious"

It is so good at showing her attitude towards death and it's just kinda a freaky (in the strange sense) thing to say, which I love that about Aradia. I even quoted it in my profile description :D

Some of my favorite moments are actually either when there's 0 dialogue or when there's nothing but two characters having a conversation.

John's epiphany in like Act 5 where he reconsiders listening to the trolls, and he remembers the bunny that all of his friends managed to get for him and how that bunny was a symbol of all their friendships.

My other favorite moment is the rooftop conversation that Dirk and Dave have where they both realize that they have vastly different views of the others alt self. Dirk realizing he looked up and admired Dave his whole life even though they never got to meet but that Dave hated him because of how his bro treated him. Dirk having this whole realization that even in an alternate reality where they did meet his worst fear of hurting people close to him came true anyways, despite it all. And Dave finally getting a real Brother who like actually cared about him and wouldn't have done any of that to him...it's beautiful.

Also when Rose and Kanaya are speaking in act 5 and Kanaya tells Rose that she won't be able to see her for very long for some reason, and Rose destroys her own gate. I especially like the ending when she writes in her own manuscript that magic is real and signed it with her own name lol because it sort of completes the cycle. I kept trying to find an image of it, but its Rose: Egress that whole entry is so cool and wonderfully written, she had so much aura there I'm ngl.

It's hard to choose one line from my single favorite conversation in the whole comic, but here's a really good one "that doesnt mean your life was like... a means to an end in a big cosmic sense i think its more like... you ARE the end, or one of the ends you and me and everyone who made it and everyone who didnt" That entire Callieroxy conversation is amazing, another candidate from a different conversation is "CALLIOPE: you don't need to do anything. be who you've become, and who i didn't.consume the fruits of an existence i could never understand. live." these 2 scenes just hit hard for me, and i love them.

Dirk and Jane's friendship is so near and dear to me, this quote/conversation in particular because the "Oh god, I'd love that." sounds so genuine from Dirk before following it up with his usual rambling. ^///^

I'm definitely biased, but I'd have to say that my favorite quote in all of Homestuck has to be the entire conversation between Dirk and Hal right before Arquius, the bane of my existence, is created. I'd put the whole conversation here if I could, but here's my favorite excerpt.

Seriously. Good lord. This entire conversation is RIFE with thematic bullshit that I didn't catch until a second readthrough. Highly recommend rereading this conversation with the context of Dirk Strider as a character. My favorite thing to point out is how that last line shows not only just how bad Dirk's mental state is right now, but also how much Hal has diverged from him as a person. I'm not gonna rant about it too much because I don't feel like clogging the thread but it is such a good conversation.
