i agree with his redesign for forgotten land/rttd! i think it really captures the charm of early sprite depictions of him as well as is appearance in kirby 64. or maybe im just fatigued from the horror that was his RTD/3DS appearance........ and dont get me started on star allies!!!!
also dedede IS pretty funny in the anime, i just feel like he fills a different narrative niche than he does in the games, being more like your average saturday morning villain. I've seen some say that the anime slanders his character, and while i do see where they're coming from, i see anime dedede as a completely separate character from game dedede. and as for character slander, well, kirby battle royale is right there....... (although, that game DOES feature one of my favourite dedede themes....)

Yesssssssss. Good gifs, we love him. My favorite tidbit is in Robobot implies the Haltmann Company just couldn't get their hands on him, Meta Knight jobbed and got mechafied but all they could do is make flawed clones of Dedede. That's badass.
