In page 874, one of the upper right panels shows the eight planets united in skaia, having in mind the eight human planets finally uniting happens 5404 pages later, this makes this, in hussie's own words on the HS commentary; "The most obscure and long term bit of foreshadowing in the entire story."

In "[S] Past Karkat: Wake up." we see troll grubs with tiny eyes with their respective blood color (except sollux for some reason).
But in page 4065 Doc Scracth catches Damara as a grub straight from her meteor and she has the eyes growed up trolls have. This could mean those weird eyes the grubs have don't last very long.

In page 1693 "Jhon: Snoop" there is a semi transparent image of Snoop Dogg
(I don't know if this is very evident for most people but it took me various rereads to notice it lol)
I didn't notice it until it was pointed out to me a while ago. Even in my last reread I missed it before remembering and going back to look at him.
I'm pretty sure this is how the little watermark-Davesprite joke came about.
