I'm a big fan of Vrisrezi and I want them to be happy together lol, I feel like a lot of people who don't like Vrisrezi just chalk up the whole ship dynamic as Terezi not "getting over" her Ex or whatever, but there's a lot there between them that makes their whole relationship really interesting. I like stories where two people come together and help one another get out of their roughest spots, it's very cute.

Alternatively I think most yuri ships with Vriska just work in a weird way because she's bad but like I don't think she is the "worst" girl in the series or anything, so many ships with her involved are interesting to read about. I was kind of disappointed that Rose and Vriska never really had that many conversations with one another and I feel like that was a missed opportunity T_T

Also does anyone else see the adorable fluff potential in JadeFef or is it just me, they only talked once but I always wanted them to have way more conversations just because I feel Feferi was way underutilized and also they look kind of cute together.

@elegantSpintress - agreed about Vriska, and, while obviously the story went in a different direction, I think JadeFef could have been really cool, especially with how they met. I like how like, friendly-interested-freaked out she is with Feferi, and how Feferi sort of plays up the scariness around her, that's a fun dynamic and we don't really see those two get that way with anybody else.

but tl;dr i think the things they have in common are very sweet and i think the differences between them make them suuuuper interesting!! also the only time they interact in canon is comprised entirely of them just complimenting each others outfits, which is cute.

callieroxy my beloveddd i feel like they have a lot of canon appeal in original homestuck, roxy cares a lot for callie (like being so determined to get the life ring for her and i cant find the exact text but when roxy calls callie pretty i looveee themm) and on callies end roxys like one of if not her first friend.. then in post canon they do become pretty close, their relationship is kind of in limbo but i know in my heart they are in love and i cherish the moments they have together <3 the gender stuff is interesting too, roxy is kind of cagey about it and callie doesnt seem to care thaaat much but in the end they really do have eachother to discuss it and confide in and all that, especially since theyre going through the same thing. its comforting in a way, they have eachother. ALSO roxyjane. cotton candy. theres this narrative there of jane realizing oh shit im not straight (bc this girl was def under that impression, she was like i am going to grow up and marry a man and have babies) while roxy is just chill about it (she is highkey a raging bisexual)... also roxy being flirty with everybody and jane being denial about her feelings leads to both of them being oblivious which is really funny to me. i like them a lot. secret third option is calliejaneroxy whatever theyre called because i think they should all just be in love together

thsi may be hard to guess from my profile but i love callieroxy so much. it makes me so emotional that roxy introduces callie as "super pretty" i just think theyre beautiful together. but other than the obvious I'm seconding vriska+most anyone. she works so well with too many characters. how greedy can she get.

oughhh jadenep also i didnt mention jadenep. im pretty sure i just thought the cat and dog thing and the ship name olive garden was cute, and their personalities really compliment eachother, at a base level theyre both very cheerful and energetic a lot of the time. i can picture them going out a lot-going on hikes and doing shit like rock climbing and visiting friends and finding new food spots to eat at and just all kinds of fun stuff :33 the equius-jade dynamic is also fun to think about what with him being in another of nepetas quadrants. i think he would be weary of jade at first but seeing how happy she makes nepeta hes like maybe she isnt so bad.... and jade would be nice to him out of politeness for a bit but genuinely grow to like him, yay friendship

it does kinda only exist in au territory because yknow. nepeta was dead and everything. but hey she is back in hsbc!! alive and well!! theres a nonzero chance of something happening!!!(<- delusional)

i do want to mention vrisrezi as well i dont think i can post in the yuri thread without talking ab them. not one of my favorite ships but i still like them a lot, theyre so awful for eachother and they make eachother worse but they also make eachother better and theyre just so fucked up. theyre so doomed. and their whole thing in post-canon what with terezi almost dying trying to find vriska and eventually accepting that shes gone its so fucking tragic these poor girls they complete eachother and ruin eachother simultaneously go to therapy please

i am personally a major fucking goober for junerose, i think their platonic dynamic is very overlooked in canon and i LOVE how much they're equal-opposites in terms of their flaws and shortcomings. i'm an iconic "start a new fanfic and then never finish writing it because i thought about it too much and got through all my fascination with the concept before actually writing more than a few chapters"-head but i am constantly gripped by the desire to write something that will make other people see them how i do. i'll make them argue over absolutely nothing because they're both terrible communicators and then you'll all see my vision.

ive known ruby for a while and her evil trickery has kind of sold me on junerose LOL. i used to be HEAVY into soft fluffy rosemary and i still am but the epilogues kind of convinced me that they can suck and be not healthy too which is fun.

i also really enjoy janeroxy and callieroxy. and also BDTH fully sold me on janerezi its sooo good
