I started reading with "Birthday Train," and the mood whiplash when the main plot got going... hoo hoo! Yeah, I'm really enjoying this nuanced take on Jane. Dirk too - the otherthinking and self-doubt are what makes him a person as opposed to the intellectual steamroller he ends up as in the Epilogues.
