This one is a daft NPC from a roleplay that got out of hand.

Cynthia is a sentient robot parrot. She has realistic feathers, blue with yellow face markings. She is extremely loud, chaotic and messy - her idea of a good day out is "mango-bombing" people and rolling in wet paint. Cynthia is fascinated by food, and has never really accepted the fact that she can't eat. This is her greatest tragedy.

She was created as a modified fork of another parrot-bot, Hyacinth, the local school-teacher. While Hy is prim and proper and controls her wilder urges, Cyn is the opposite. She complains that she has to restrain a terrible, depraved urge to speak politely and be helpful and intelligent. She's actually a lot smarter and more morally shrewd than she lets on - she knows how to play dumb in a carefully targeted manner.

Her significant other is an eerily powerful bird-shaped hole in the space-time continuum known only as "the Macaw Deity", who enjoys being bossed around by her.
