Damara makes sense under this framework.

On Beforus, she speaks in another language, masking her true feelings in a foreign script. Once you're past the language barrier, she alludes to her breasts and, implicitly, the motherhood denied to her by her short-lived caste. Time is often the aspect of that which has passed, of mistakes to undo, and yet time is also the axis along which growth is measured.

As the Handmaiden, she is ripped out of time to be Doc Scratch's personal charge. Scratch can play many roles in the aspect system; he can be a beacon of Light for precocious girls, but here his affinity for Time is crucial for making Damara his pawn. He infantilizes her, in particular weaponizing the act of "rendering herself more symbolically" to make her appear more of a child. Once she comes of age, she is set to rampage throughout Alternian history.
