Okay so - I made a series detailing the struggles of each class, my latest post (https://www.fruityrumpus.com/forums/t/classes-and-their-struggles-with-their-aspect-3)talked about the Witch.

And though I did point out a common struggle, it did not relate to their aspect. But now I found it out.

Witches change their aspect because they can not accept living in it, they're surrounded and they can't stand it. But they don't give it away like the rogue, and they don't destroy it like the prince, they change it directly.

JADE: Space players are lonely, and Jade is especially. She lived on an island all alone with no other living humans, and she hate dhow lonely she was. And so she attempts to change her circumstance by going out of her way to meet the other beta kids and starting a family in HSBC. She tries her best to change her circumstance, to avoid her loneliness, a space problem.

FEFERI: She's unhappy with the current caste system, something set up by ANOTHER life player, and thus aims to change it to help everyone. She also helped making the dream bubbles so every ghost can live somewhere peacefully.

DAMARA: Uh

Damara makes sense under this framework.

On Beforus, she speaks in another language, masking her true feelings in a foreign script. Once you're past the language barrier, she alludes to her breasts and, implicitly, the motherhood denied to her by her short-lived caste. Time is often the aspect of that which has passed, of mistakes to undo, and yet time is also the axis along which growth is measured.

As the Handmaiden, she is ripped out of time to be Doc Scratch's personal charge. Scratch can play many roles in the aspect system; he can be a beacon of Light for precocious girls, but here his affinity for Time is crucial for making Damara his pawn. He infantilizes her, in particular weaponizing the act of "rendering herself more symbolically" to make her appear more of a child. Once she comes of age, she is set to rampage throughout Alternian history.
