Bumping thread 'cos I'm writing an overambtious fan-session fic. Now that I'm re-reading along with the re-release, I'm gradually realising that I have misremembered SO MUCH of how things actually work.

Case in point: the Gates. Not that we ever get to SEE the full sequence of Gates being traversed as they should be. But some of the gates stacked above a player's house seem to be for other players to arrive through. John's "second Gate" isn't the second highest one above his house, it's actually out on the surface of his planet LOWAS, and it leads to one of the gates above Rose's house. Could she go to LOWAS by flying into the gate John flew out of? I don't know. The 7th gate leads to his Denizen, I know that much.
