Given that they've basically rebuilt the whole site, I'm betting the plan is to do similar batch uploads for the Epilogues after they're done with Homestuck, and then do the same for the non-HS stories. I really can't see them re-writing the Epilogues at this late date, given how much HS:BC is built on them.
