She's standing, in "[S]Terezi: Remem8er" you can see the drawing of child vriska using the computer and she's on a chair, while child terezi is standing, so it's not crazy to asume she usually stands in front of the computer.
Re:myself now i have seen that you say if she's sitting on the floor and if we think about how when she was younger she could reach her computer standing... maybe she is sitting on the floor because she is now too tall to reach the computer properly
