I do not get most of the homestuck ships out there until someone explains it in detail.
For example, I understand why someone would like rosemary or dirkjake, as both of them are relationships that get a lot of build-up and we see how they develop in canon and how they get messy.
But Davekat made no sense to me and I didn't understand why they were together at the end of the comic, until a friend explained to me the appeal of them being together haha.
So I would be glad if people explain their favourite ships!! And why they like them!! So we can all understand their points of view
