so i was looking at my favourite panel (page 1315) and i noticed theres a guy on the bottom right that i never noticed before??
i wondered who the hell is this guy so i went back and apparently hes the 5th member of the midnight crew and his names is rules stickler? i think hes supposed to represent the rules card?
i was wondering if he was new but then i checked the problem sleuth donation commands and? well i guess he was here the whole time and i just never paid attention to him.
the weird thing is i havent ever seen anyone talk about him! so yeah i was wondering if he just isnt very interesting and thats why no one talks about him or if im not alone and other people also dont remember him being a character... so yeah do YOU remember rules stickler, the iconic 5th member of the midnight crew?
