Cereal is a staple of most living beings diets. Willingly or unwillingly, we all ingest some type of milk and some type of shaped wheat. Yes, we as in us. Squirrels, cows, pill bugs, it doesn't care. I'd like to think that fictional characters are within the same bounds!
For this specific character conundrum, there are multiple possibilities that I'd sooner guess than others. Dave has grown up with some pretty horrible nutrition, so something sweet resembling anything close to true food he'd probably like. Childhood nostalgia is one hell of a monster. Mr. Charms might be a bit to puppet-y for Dave. You cant ignore the luck of the charm. The marshmallow hoarding leprechaun on the front of the box taunting you with his stupid eyes lures the curious few. Few definitely including Aradia. As she's so fascinated with leprechauns as a race the prospect of a milky mountebank such as lucky charms would draw her in all on its own. Not to mention it just tastes good.
I'm unsure if alternian lucky charms would taste that different from earth's version, but that is something to consider i suppose. You could make an argument for June. I don't really feel like she'd be much of a cereal gal but everyone needs a lazy breakfast time to time. I can imagine her having the full glass of milk and orange on the side and everything. She certainly has a sweet tooth. Though with the whole meat candy thing, June might be done with the whole confectionery thing for a while. Could've been a previous enjoyment.

If Jake ever got ahold of cereal I think he'd like Lucky Charms but he'd eat it dry with no milk and the other alpha kids would think he's weird for it because of how bland it is

i think rose would be without breakfast made by her mother regularly so i think she likely was a frequent cereal consumer she knows and is familiar with all of the cereals and considers count chocula one of the only father figures in her life
