What's up with Zoosmells corrupting the commentary

I've been reading the commentary by Andrew as it's getting posted onto the website. I've been enjoying it, but something odd is going on. In certain pages, the commentary text will be sort of "intertwined" with the explanation of either what Zoosmells is or how each of the beta kids names were chosen. (Example: See >Jade: Enter) Does anyone know what's going on???
