What would have happened if Jade and Rose told Kanaya about the surrogacy?

In Beyond Canon, everyone's favorite omega (Yiffy) was introduced. It was later revealed that she was conceived after Jade and Rose had decided to have a child together, as Jade was unable to get pregnant due to ''the Transgender''. During an argument that the three have later in the story, it's revealed that Yiffy has been hidden from everyone for 15 years, and kept in captivity by Jane. I wanted to discuss what you think would happen if Jade and Rose decided to tell Kanaya about the surrogacy before this argument (maybe even before they were going to get Rose pregnant). Would Kanaya have handled it better? How would she react? I'll be putting my thoughts about this hypothetical in this thread. Feel free to contribute to the discussion.
