to put it as simply as possible ,
you follow zhen, a washed up college dropout who lost her way in life before the covid lockdown in 2020 and has basically been bummin around for the few weeks since restrictions have been placed. led by a supernatural oh so spooky force from beyond this earth she starts a clown themed political movement that slowly but surely goes off the rails
its a pretty slow start imo but its soooo worth it for the later parts of the story when shit gets hype.. its just rly well written and i wish more homestucks were into it lolol

It's a lot of text walls, but it's a really great exploration of the mindset of the generation during COVID and the power of social media influence over a really turbulent political time!
Also LOTS of clowns.
