He attempts to maintain professional dignity by showing you his latest municipal improvements, including a newly constructed CAN ROTUNDA that he clearly built specifically to house visiting dignitaries such as yourself, but his hands shake slightly as he arranges the aluminum architecture. Serenity emerges from behind a Tab tower and performs what can only be described as a CELEBRATORY LOOP-DE-LOOP, which the Mayor acknowledges with a solemn nod before gesturing that such recognition should really be directed toward his constituents - the cans themselves - who are the true backbone of this thriving democracy.
He then produces a small gavel (fashioned from a bottle cap and a paper clip) and formally RATIFIES your appreciation into municipal record by tapping it against an empty soup can three times. Despite his attempts at humble deflection, you notice he has already begun constructing a small commemorative monument out of premium aluminum cans, complete with a tiny plaque that reads "THANK," though he seems to be struggling with how to fit the rest of the message in the available space.
