Conceptually: An AU where the beta kids and trolls are streamers, with the addition of them using VTuber avatars. It cycles between the daily lives of the protagonists having to be juggled along with the responsibility of being a streamer.
It's self-explanatory that everyone here is an adult. The beta kids are independent creators, with Jade and Dave making everyone's VTuber avatars together. The trolls are under a series of closed species VTubers from an agency lead by Doc Scratch (who assumes the PR responsibility of being a charming spokesperson). The trolls have fake beef with the kids to gauge interest in both of their ventures. The role of everyone else (the carapacians, cherubs, etc) is to be figured out.
What would be the best medium to tell this sort of AU in? MSPFA? YouTube series? Mixed media? I don't know. If you have any ideas help me out here.
Cherubs could function as "fans" of the Alpha streamers, with Calliope being genuinely sweet, and Caliborn one of "those" fans?
I feel maybe a MSPFA would function well for it? That entirely depends on who's is making it, of course.
Making the Exiles just really loyal fans works? Not sure about the Agents.
Nepeta is secretly active on an online shipping board making connections between all the trolls + kids
calliope has the alpha kid streamers as her oshis (idol/vtuber term for "favorites").
caliborn is a big anti, borderline unicorn (vtuber term for "someone, usually a guy, who cant handle a fem vtuber interacting with masc vtubers")
"Lalonde" - Even her name sounds like a wine brand.

John is a youtuber who does film stuff, Dave is a Vtuber, Rose is an author going on movie director, and Jade makes tictoks about hellmurder island.
