The planet Gracilia (and Rimiduo)

you probably haven't heard of Gracilia. the trolls colonised it maybe a few hundred sweeps ago so that they could tap its vast wealth of psychicactive palm oil and fuel their galactic conquests for the centuries to come. in doing so, they saw the opportunity to fulfill a promise to another people they had subjugated some centuries prior - the Gracilites, who would make the perfect workforce for this new resource extraction outpost.

surprising nobody, they did so without the consult of the planet's existing inhabitants, the Buwai'i.

The night-to-night operations of the resource extraction colony are overseen by an on-world team of subjugglators and their sub-subjugglators, led by Abissi Dignoh, the Governor Dingojaw. The interests of the Gracilites as a people, meanwhile, are represented to the galaxy at large by Mistress Bladetongue, the Ethnarch of Rimiduo, who remains stationed on the Gracilites' homeworld of the same name.
