I'll start with some of my own. These are some fanspecies kids that I've been chipping away at for a while. The middle one is still a work in progress but I'm very proud of the left and right ones. Any criticism welcome.
those look really good! what are the species' names? i especially like the one in the middle (even if it's still a work in progress)
i think the sprites i'm most proud of are the ones of my fancherub leviatha <:)
i was also working on a calamity jane sprite i was kind of proud of but i've been so busy ;_;

Those are great! I love to see people showing cherubs as a species more love. I especially like that god tier cloak. I was also planning on spriting a Calamity Jane at some point lol. This actually reminds me of a big ol' Dualscar sprite I made a while back that I figure I should share here as well. Looking at it again it could probably do with some polish lol.
As for your question about my species, I've been basing the names of the species off of other internet slang terms for people like how the trolls are. From left to right their names and species names are: Jak N'war, a Nubian (Noob); Iblis (who I don't have a last name for yet), a Flamer; and Wilbur (no last name but on purpose), a Fed.

I thought I would have something to show but aside from the cutesy little thing I did in the splatoon 3 lobby posts for 413 in 2023 everything else seems to be uuuh at least a decade old or older so maybe I wont. post that. I guess I kinda stopped after everyone I knew left the tumblr rp scene... maybe I'll get back to it (spriting that is)
(technically I did make my signature in a frenzy after learning about this forum's existence but I didnt like TRY to style match I just used a hard pixel brush because it seemed Correct)
just sprited an automaton fan species, first names must start with Ro and last names must end with bo, this guys name is Roko Combo!!! i really like how i did the head shading here tbh

Love the head shape! Doing something unique with a fanspecie's anatomy is always a plus. The shading is also pretty neat, that kind of metal shading is super difficult to pull off (I have yet to even attempt such). Reminds me of my own robot species that I meant to revamp a while back.
