I typed up the text of the email sent by Homestuck for accessibility purposes:
Hello, picking this back up,
During our last email exchange, you showed some interest in collaborating with the Homestuck team for new potential albums. So we reached out to them, and they've brought some issues to our attention that need to be addressed.
You might be aware of the blog post the Homestuck teams made recently regarding harmful individuals and behavior in the community, and if not you can find it here. We were aware of participation with this sort of thing in the past, specifically that you and your wife Alice have been actively participating in and contributing to this behavior, both in HSD and other public locations, for a number of years. While you were spoken to about some of this behavior in our last exchange, the team hadn't been aware of the extent and severity of some of these comments until recently.
The following are some examples of this behavior, as discovered by the teams, that they'd like to bring to your attention:

Here Alice spreads a completely baseless rumor about Toby, attempting to smear his reputation and portray him as difficult to work with. She provided no proof for this allegation.
She also suggested that Andrew "ghosted" you amid Bandcamp negotiations:

This is untrue. Here is what actually happened: you reached out to inform Andrew that some of the albums were missing from Bandcamp. Andrew acknowledged the issue, confirmed the team would address it, and we did.
You later followed up with an extensive list of additional requests aimed at fully restoring the Bandcamp page. Andrew let you know that they would review it and figure out if the team would be able to assist.
Andrew did not follow up further because in the process of raising these concerns to the rest of the team, they became aware of a number of concerning comments that you'd made, and decided not to pursue further collaboration with you. They were concerned you would share any future communications with their stalkers, and publicly mischaracterize your interactions in a manner meant to smear their character. It seems this concern was well founded, because Alice proceeded to do exactly this.
Alice falsely accused Toby of professional dishonesty in discussing content ID/music licensing issues: [image]
Alice appears to not actually understand the situation, but claims that what Toby is doing is unfairly blaming his publisher. Alice directly accused Andrew of stealing money:

This is completely false, as the team addressed in their recent article. What Pumpkin has already released two games in the Hiveswap series, and expects to be able to release the third installment this year. They have explained the factors that contributed to development delays, but to characterize this as "stealing," and to suggest that Andrew took the money and "dipped," verges on defamation.
Alice also accused Toby of failing to pay Temmie:

Alice provides no proof for this claim, and even confesses she's never seen a source for it. Nevertheless, she still decided to still make this defamatory statement in public anyway. This is completely false. A simple online search will show you that Temmie still works with Toby to this day as one of the main artists on Deltarune!
Without any proof, Alice accuses the team of writing the story of Hiveswap specifically to exclude musicians other than James and Toby:

This is not true. Hiveswap's design has nothing to do with excluding certain musicians. Toby and James are also not the only musicians to work on Hiveswap.
You and Alice have also spread rumors about team members' family and personal lives many times:

This is not true. Alice provides no proof for these "stories". Alice accuses Andrew of attempting to "push Mormonism":

This is just a strange claim we can't make much sense of. Andrew is not Mormon and doesn't even know any Mormon people. You accused Andrew of sexual impropriety:

This is completely false, sexualized speculation about Andrew. Here Alice also engages in incredibly invasive, sexualized speculation about Andrew's personal life:

She is also spreading drama about a person who has not been involved in Homestuck for over a decade.
Alice spreads a completely fabricated rumor about Andrew in order to speculate about their romantic preferences:

This completely false. Alice confesses to enjoy spreading gossip which may reflect poorly upon you:

While you are obviously not responsible for everything your partner says and does, she frequently exploits your name to lend legitimacy to her claims, and suggests that she has received some of this information directly from you. Here, Alice uses your name to insult Lexxy:

On the Homestuck Official Discord server, when a user began spreading unsubstantiated gossip about you, Alice complained that the HSOD moderators quickly shut the conversation down:

Alice herself is also a moderator in some of these spaces, but has allowed or participated in some very invasive or cruel conversations started by other users:

You've both also made many comments about Andrew, Toby, James, and other team members that are simply rude and unprofessional:

Alice even mocked users expressing anger at Makin repeatedly making fun of Toby's disability:

This is just a small selection of such comments, limited to examples from the past year and a half. We understand this has been going on for quite a bit longer than that.

We're aware that you and your partner have contributed to fostering resentment for the Homestuck teams, spread hurtful and untrue gossip about the personal lives of team members (in some cases very serious false allegations), and have generally used your relation to Homestuck to cause problems within the community. While we understand that our previous exchange was largely about your behavior specifically, it's clear Alice has continued to engage in this behavior well after we last spoke with you (as recently as this week) and is using your name to do it. The Homestuck teams find this to be extremely unacceptable for any kind of professional relationship, and asked me to communicate to you that as things stand, they feel at a loss about what to do to maintain a viable path forward to collaborating with you.
My recommendation to you is that if you do want to continue to be involved with Homestuck in any capacity, which it does seem like you'd like to be, then at bare minimum some kind of public apology will be necessary. The teams would also really like to hear an explanation for this behavior, as well as suggestions from you about what else can be done to resolve this situation.
