Dirk's sweat tastes of a particular limited-edition artisanal barbecue sauce made with reaper chilies, not that you'd recognise it. Aftertaste of hashimi.
Both incarnations of Roxy are slowly sweating out all the gin they drank in their mispent youth. In a few years time it'll be the vodka.
Meat Jane's sweat tastes of marzipan and cream cheese frosting; Candy Jane adds a sickly touch of fermented Faygo to the mix.

Candy Jane's sweat definitely smells (and maybe even tastes...) like (breast)milk. Sorry if anyone wants to forget that part of the epilogues! I don't think cherubs sweat but I bet Caliborn still manages to stink like a PE locker room. I like to headcanon that trolls sweat blood (they also cry in their blood color iirc) so they smell like blood, too. Seadwellers smell like fishblood, I guess. Yiffy and Jade smell like wet, sweaty dog. I don't have many sweaty thoughts about the other characters </3
