Erisol is funny, but I'm here to help with the images thing!
You need the image to already be hosted somewhere online, like filegarden or any site that can host images, then you copy the image URL and paste it into the window that pops up when you click the little image button at the end of the row of buttons above your text field! Hope this is clear enough,
