I am FURIOUS. I remember getting this username and there was a weird message for davequius prior to this update, and I thought that was odd so I took it. If you write DAVEOVER in the username spot, you get a spiel from Terezi. The things she says in brackets lead to further spiels, too, ending with the word "VO1D."

I really wonder how this came to be, too.

The hs discord announcing this says 'But be prepared when leaving the bounds of canon, things get... unpredictable.' Maybe this is a baseless guess but this puts me in mind of the HS BC intermission? Is this in some way the fanontinuum Nepeta mentioned?

Homestuck has done arg shit before, so this being related to the main comic doesn't feel out of the question. On the other hand I don't really have a good picture on how this will fit in. It feels so independent to me?

The word "ultimately" is catching my attention, was it on purpose? did equius go ultimate without anyone noticing like the heir of void he is?

When you type "strongenough" Equius is speaking again, but his text is black, is he narrating to us?

The final footnote of DAVE//OVER is "If only you knew how bad things will truly get.'. Does that mean that this new timeline (I'm gonna call it the Fruit Route for now) ends up being worse than the Candy timelime for the cast, or will the rest of the Fanontinuum be as depressing, if not more?

I hope it's the former, it would be boring to have an Alpha Timeline^2.

Considering the title is a secret word that gives us a Beyond Canon Terezi monologue about how she feels like she's failed as a Seer of the Mind, and that even when she searches for options to make things right, even if they survive, they end up not being happy or even becoming worse people; I think Beyond Canon Terezi was using her powers to think of other possibilities of the Alpha timeline (The one where they survives and make a new universe) where other friends survive and how that would affect them, and how most of it has negative consequences...
