iirc there's like four characters with tattoos/piercings: Dirk, Meenah, (Vriska) and Porrim (unless I'm missing some..whoops). Since body mod headcanons are pretty cool and usually just influenced by personal taste, I wanted to talk about them :D
my fav ones are roxy (meat) getting snakebites (for calli!) and Eridan getting his ears pierced (since he's already wearing a lot of rings it'd make sense for him to also wear a bunch of earrings, imo)

I could see Dave pulling off the "one ear earring hoop" thing pretty well. Cronus probably could too, but claim he "did it first".
I've seen cool art of a lot of characters with piercings as well, such as this Dirk wearing some Pain (Naruto) levels of piercings.
I could also see that even underneath the skeletal body suit, Kurloz would have full body skeleton tattoos, and even plugs for his ears. I could see Gamzee with plugs as well, actually. Rufioh might have ear studs, and I could easily see him with a bull ring as well.
I think Damara would have a navel piercing 8ecause I was making her in The Sims 4 and I realized I could give her one of those and the idea just stuck.
June would get her ears pierced and 8e really cute a8out it. Overly excited.
I also 8elieve the Serkets have 8IID. Do with that inform8ion what you will.
I think it'd be sweet if Kanaya got a rose tattoo for Rose. I think she'd appreciate having a colorful and elegant piece of art on her body.
It'd also be fitting for Tavros to have one of those hoop nose earrings, since y'know, bull theming, maybe he'd get it to honor his lusus. He'd definitely use a clip on though because he's a wimp.
