Definitely the silly captchalogue and sylladex bits. Also big fan of the scrolling images either horizontally or vertically. As far as comedic value, definitely sylladex/captchalogue fumbling shenanigans. As far as artistry goes, these big sweeping side-to-side or up-and-down panels.

When Dirk kisses Jake's severed head.
When Rose kisses Kanaya's living still-attached head.
Anytime that Jane and Dirk talk.
Hussnasty.
All of the raps, but especially Equius and Dave's rap.
Callie's dream bubble interactions with Roxy, Rose, Jane and Jade.
This post was a Magic Mirror production. Problem Soothe, now playing in a theater near you: https://magic-mirror.neocities.org/problemsoothe/ps0000
I'm also a hussnasty fan, like @magicmirror.
I think some of my fav normal panel moments are the BLUH panels or anytime it goes into the messy sketch style that's reminiscent of problem sleuth. I think those are underrated moments.

I really liked the parts where u could "choose your own adventure" even tho it was basically still linear it was pretty cool when they popped up

Four highlights that I've got off the top of my head are the dynamic between Dirk and Lil-Hal, the dick drawings between Dave and Karkat and that whole argument scene, the time shenanigans John had to go on, & the conversation between Dave and young Dirk about their identities.
the alchemitizer, i refuse to make heads or tails of the esoteric and seemingly convoluted mechanics of it, or the entire game for that matter, but i will enjoy its fruits because the results are funny.
my sea, my tirtha.
Dave and karkat. Not even in a ship way (even tho i love davekat). Their dynamic is just so fun to watch
Sincerely, the daver
i love the fumbling around with sylladexes. inconvenient inventory systems are neat. i also like how homestuck uses messaging and message boards. the whole thing karkat did with john where he messaged him the wrong way through time was very silly, i liked how it kept karkat from giving away too much information too soon, while also showing the sheer dumbassery that happens when you're 13
