i'll start. so you know "somewhere else" in the magnus archives? the maybe alternate universe jon and martin went to? i had the idea of an adventure where "somewhere else" is earth c and fear/narrative/whatever the fuck shenanigans ensue. in said adventure, i had the idea that the protocol crew exist there but like obviously earth c-ified. like, they work for the human kingdom's government instead of the british government and all that. ultdirk is "in the computer" alongside the rest of freddy but not really. he's like. speaking through it. alice calls him geromy.
My big one i can't use is todd howard in the batterwitch/icp/whatever role. "Guy who just keeps releasing the same power fantasy over and over as arch villain" would be really powerful in a more meta fanadventure (I kind of wanted to use this in my fanadventure, bildungscaught, but it starts like 6 months before skyrim's first release so it didn't make in universe sense.
there are also some video game things i haven't seen invoked with sburb or invoked enough that would be fun. Sburb vertical slice, sburb turned into a haunted game creepypasta (we have sburb.exe but i need more), sburb esports
