so the recent part I've read was John talking about how he's been distancing himself from his friends because they seem so adult and mature than him, so he doesnt want them to witness him getting messed up, but I feel like John might realize he isnt like, alone if he realized that his friends were also dealing with struggles too? and since most of his friends are women, then that point would work more if they were having problems too. But they arent so, eh.

Idk if im making sense, or im just projecting my interpretations onto the characters like everyone else in the fandom. I know I'm not immune to the criticisms I've been saying abt the fandom being too parasocial with headcanons. I feel like I could be doing that too but with JRaW :/
