Loading reply snippet...i think the tone of the ending doesn't match the tone of the show. i think a show with a surprisingly similar premise to the digital circus is severance, as in people are stuck in a place forever knowing that theres a version of them living their best life. imagine how mad people would be if severance ended with all the innies accepting their place as eternal workers and happily hanging out with mr milchik like nothing ever happened.
