Yep and there are tons of additional parallels between Caliborn and John. They both have a Con Air bunny sidekick. They both separate compound words - but Caliborn specifically does it to gendered words (i.e. man gaka). Uhh I think there's like a berjillion more that I conveniently can't think of rn? Lol.

And ofc the Epilogues makes it clear that Caliborn literally invented gender in the first place.
