i read some of the mlp comics. someone oughta tell em they aren't writing archie sonic, but i still thought they were alright. they have some interesting concepts.

haven't seen g5.

i'd like them to break from g4. i love g4 but from what i've heard they held g5 back by tying it to g4. we already had 9 seasons, the stories have been told, and if they haven't the fans probably told them.

mlp's more embarrassing. i don't think anyone outside the "fandom/con attendee" space still cares about homestuck tbh, but they definitely still shit on mlp. homestuck, people vaguely remember a sharpie bath. mlp, some people basically call you a pedophile. but i've also never been perceived as a woman liking it, only a man.

also i know this is the non-homestuck part of the forum but can i talk about how well it fits that rainbow dash is dirk's favorite pony? i'm sure hussie just picked a random pony, but they're both overconfident overachievers whose self-image depends on people thinking they're cool. despite their egos and take-charge attitudes, they aren't the leaders of their groups, instead having a smart magical girl they admire be their "emotional leader". also they're gay.
