You upload it to a file-hosting website, which generates an image link for you. The MSPA creator hosts filegarden, a website made for exactly that purpose. I used to use imgur before it got completely enshittified, and now I sometimes use imgchest, but that thing is full of AIgen garbage and pornography so you're probably best sticking with filegarden
