It's difficult to say exactly what my powers would be, but I think they would involve influencing consequences, harming people by influencing their irrational actions to make them have the worst possible outcome. This is good when turned on enemies, but I would have a tendency to, in an attempt to avoid vulnerability and commitment, turn it on myself and have consequences of dodged responsibilty crash down around me.
