@Blueberry when i looked at the mirror myself the ecofascist thing stuck out to me as especially bizarre. he takes a bit of dialogue about climate change and nature's lasting power and connects it to "malthusian ecofascism", which is SUCH a bizarre leap. malthus was an actual guy whos theory mostly revolved around population count and resource scarcity, where in psycholonials does THAT come up?? it's so obvious how gio just jumps to the worst possible conclusion literally whenever homestuck is involved, if they talk about class they're a rich capitalist interloper, if they talk about politics they're a violent monster who's about to start shooting people RIGHT NOW, if they talk about the climate they're a white supremacist ecofascist. like literally what is he talking about?? is he reading a different vn than everyone else????? he's not a climate change denier or anti-blm or whatever so he really does just see red whenever homestuck comes up it's bizarre! i honestly don't know how anyone can take anything he says about homestuck at face value when THIS is the kind of stuff he's up to.
