@tavroscrocker - honestly I need to re-read that (as always). I actually bought a copy of it since I lost my old copy.
I do know there is a Discworld book involving a stable time loop, which was quite fun, though honestly I think time manipulation that isn't time travel definitely is a thing that should be considered for people writing fanventures with classpect powers.
