Well, the reveal that Black Pawn B is C's stalker was an interesting turn of events! so maybe it won't be as simple as that.

Also, speaking of romance subplots, the reveal that the White Queen is in love with the Black Queen is so interesting to me because it makes me wonder if she'd ever betray her side of the board? or will the White pieces winning surpass any urge to get with the Black Queen. Plus afaik the Black Queen has shown no signs of infidelity, and supports her wife's transition (she never made any verbal objections). Who knows all i know is that maybe WQ and BQ toxic yuri is gonna pop up at some point lolll

Also yeah you're so right about Board layer 2!. A tower without stairs is very bad design though I hope someone got fired for that blunder /j
