re:psychoraven (specifically about Kanaya)

I also didn't really see Kanaya as a trans woman originally (I mean, I didn't really see anyone as trans when I first read it because I wasn't thinking of that as a real option yet but that obviously changed lmao). When I eventually read it again one of Kanaya's first interactions with June had June calling Kanaya "dude" and Kanaya responding that she was a girl not a boy. June then says something about how she didn't kniow why she assumed that and Kanaya says "It Happens" and I was just like. Oh. "It Happens" Is now one of the first things that comes to mind when I think of transness in Homestuck.
