I just want to pipe in and add, wasn't Sarah Z given a legal threat over her video? Which the WP team backed down from after her own partnership's legal team stepped in to find the whole situation baseless? I know this doesn't have to do with fan creations, but her video gave quite an elaborate deepdive into Homestuck and took a lot of work to put together.
