This is overall a very ugly situation and so far I've seen Gio's side of the story and Miles' opinion on what happened and... they don't really contradict each other? Gio makes a lot of spurious allegations, but I don't see any claims actually denied in this opinionpost. But if Gio's claims on why he kept Bambosh from proceeding with the licenses are correct, Miles has left those justifications out which does make the whole situation look worse.

I'm going to wait for the official response with actual citations for further judgment, and advise everyone involved to do the same.
