To sum up this goofball I based my forum account around, they're basically a goldblood grubtuber who's almost like a more extreme version of youtubers like Colin Furze, Michael Reeves, etc with a focus on robotics and/or machines. (THANK VRISKA FOR THAT CANON WEBSITE NAME!!!)

They have no regard for their safety and can, will, and have gotten injured during their videos. (IT'S HOW THEY LOST THEIR ARM!)

The sprite art for the character is essentially a heavily-edited GSC pokemon trainer sprite with a little more leniency on how limited the color palette is, but the background was entirely something I threw together from scratch. (I STILL REALLY LIKE THE RESULT!!)
