- Ugly monospaced font (I get that it's supposed to be Homestuck, but it's not bolded, displayed at the wrong size and MSPA Forums wasn't like this for a reason)

- Wasted space (80% zoom is less painful, but I should be able to see more than 3 short text posts on my screen at the same time, REPORT USER button should not be taking up 50px of vertical space on every post)

- Pagination not shown per-thread when viewing list of threads

- No jump to last page/most recent post

- Unwieldy navigation which doesn't consider the most common use cases

- Timezones

It's borderline unusable and will hurt activity even if people don't complain, you should've gone with phpbb or vBulletin.
